Field Report: New Orleans Outreach

One of my favorite parts about working for New Orleans Outreach is watching the end-of-semester showcases and parent-information nights at each of our partner schools. On the final day of programming at each school, students are given the opportunity to perform what they have been working on during after-school enrichment programming. Typically, these events are well-attended by family members, school faculty and staff, and community members.  The students are always very excited to exhibit their new skills, and the performances are always a delight. Below are some picture of one of these events.
